We don’t hide behind fine print. If you believe your STATPACKS product didn’t meet expectations due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair it or replace it — plain and simple.

How to Submit a Repair Request
Follow the simple steps below to start the process:
Step 1: Take Photos
For each issue, include two photos: (1) A close-up of the damaged area and (2) a full view of the pack for identification
Step 2: Submit the Form
Use the Warranty/RMA Request Form below to upload your photos and provide your contact info. We’ll typically respond within 24–48 hours with a repair plan.
Step 3: Sanitize Your Pack
For the safety of our repair crew, please clean and sanitize the pack before sending it back.
Step 4: Send It In
Shipping the product to us is your responsibility. We’ll complete most repairs within 5 business days and cover the cost of return shipping.
