    Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

    Yes, we ship worldwide. If we cannot ship to your country, we’ll direct you to a trusted distributor near you.

    Look for the Gear Compatibility tags on each product page. These tags identify gear preferred for certain medical uses.

    Yes. Our packs, cells, and modules are designed to work together as a system — customizable to fit your workflow.

  3. Can I wash or disinfect my STATPACKS gear?

    Yes — we recommend wiping down packs with approved disinfectant wipes or mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing unless specifically indicated in the product manual.
