STATPACKS was created to address a critical gap in emergency response: the lack of gear specifically designed for the operational needs of field professionals.

Early designs were built not in a lab, but in real-world environments — tested, revised, and refined by those actively working in high-pressure situations.

From the outset, the objective was clear: develop packs and modules that improve access, reduce cognitive load, and maximize performance in unpredictable conditions.

Every STATPACKS product is a result of that purpose-driven approach. We collaborate directly with medics, firefighters, flight teams, and tactical responders to engineer gear that supports how they actually work — not how someone thinks they should.

We Prioritize:

  • Optimized internal layouts for visual clarity and rapid access
  • Modular systems that adapt to varied call types and roles
  • Lightweight, durable materials engineered for longevity and field abuse
  • Ergonomic carry systems that improve comfort over long shifts

Today, our gear is deployed in thousands of agencies across the U.S. and internationally — relied upon by professionals who need performance without compromise.

STATPACKS continues to evolve, but our commitment remains constant: building gear that meets the highest standards of function, speed, and field-tested reliability.

Our values are rooted in the realities of the field.

More than gear — a commitment to those who rely on it.

What We Stand For

Every decision we make — from the way we design to the way we support our partners — is grounded in these core principles:

Purpose-Driven Design

Every feature has a function. Our packs are built to eliminate guesswork, reduce stress, and support rapid decision-making in critical moments.

Real-World Testing

We don’t design in isolation. Every product is field-tested and refined with direct input from EMS professionals, firefighters, and tactical responders.

Operational Intelligence

We engineer gear that adapts to a range of scenarios — from high-risk rescue to day-to-day calls. Modularity, visibility, durability, and speed are non-negotiable.

Professional Respect

We honor the work of first responders by treating them like professionals — not consumers. Our gear reflects the seriousness of their role and the stakes of their work.

Constant Improvement

The field evolves. So do we. We’re committed to listening, learning, and iterating — because static design has no place in emergency response.

Meet the Team

Our team combines decades of field experience, design intelligence, and operational insight. We’re medics, strategists, engineers, and creatives — all united by one mission: to build better gear for the professionals who rely on it.

Andrew Tepper Co-Founder
Andy Tepper doesn’t seek the spotlight. He believes in showing up, doing the work, and making sure the people around him have what they need to thrive. At STATPACKS, that means quietly guiding decisions across product strategy, company culture, and long-term vision—with one core belief: everything matters. That mantra shows up in the smallest details, from how a zipper pulls to the emotional connection a first responder has with their gear. Andrew’s presence is felt throughout the company, especially in the values that drive it: dedication, humility, and trust. Off the grid is his happy place. When not immersed in the business, he’s likely out in nature with his backpack, his family, and a very loyal dog.
