How to Request a Return

Follow the simple steps below to get started:

Step 1: Submit the Form

Use the Return Request Form below to let us know what you’d like to return and why. We’ll review your request and respond by email — usually within 24–48 hours — with your Return Authorization.

Step 2: Clean and Sanitize

Please clean and sanitize the gear before shipping it back for the safety of our team.

Step 3: Ship the Pack(s)

Shipping the item to us is your responsibility. Once received and verified against the Return Authorization, we’ll issue your refund or arrange an appropriate replacement.
